Return & Refund Policy
At Meadowlight Provisions, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Due to the personal nature of our body care items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at Meadowlightprovisions@yahoo.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
Please review all ingredients prior to purchase. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before full application. Meadowlight Provisions is not responsible for individual reactions.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production or shipped.
Shipping Issues
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Meadowlight Provisions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim.
